New Plot Details of Sex and the City 2
0 comments   Filed Under: Uncategorized   - - -

Sorry for the quietness around here! Things have been kinda slow in Sarah land, but hopefully with the Did You Hear about the Morgans? coming up, we will have some new photos and television appearances! 😉

Some new details surrounding Sarah’s upcoming project Sex and the City 2 has been released. Do not read if you do not want to be spoiled!!!

According to the publication, Carrie Bradshaw has a hard situation since her marriage with Mr. Big is put to a test after they lose everything in a financial scam. Seeking for a new job, Mr. Big ends up in London, where he’s living in a rundown apartment, but cheats on Carrie – who dumps him before finding out she’s pregnant.

Aside from her marriage problem, Carrie is looking forward to the wedding of her gay best friend, Stanford Blatch, to Anthony Marantino, one of Stanford’s former enemies. As it has been mentioned in earlier news, during the ceremony, Liza Minnelli will make her cameo appearance to sing a cover of Beyonce Knowles’ “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)”.

Meanwhile, Samantha Jones, who is also hit hard by financial problem, has to downgrade her glam lifestyle. Still, she can take comfort in the arms of Smith Jerrod, with whom she broke up at the end of the previous movie. The script additionally reveals that another girl pal of Carrie, Miranda Hobbes quits her law practice after getting sued. Later, she and her husband Steve Brady decide to open a restaurant.

Moreover, the film will allegedly reflect global economic problem in the real world through the film’s wardrobe choices. The publication further stated that an unnamed production insider said the costumes used by the movie’s characters will be “less over-the-top but still stylish.”

Sesame Street Celebrates 40 Years!
4 comments   Filed Under: Uncategorized   - - -

Sesame Street, the beloved children’s television show, is celebrating the air of 40 years of success. Apparently, there are going to be tons of celebrities as special guest stars this season, and Sarah is one of them! Check it out:

“Sesame Street,” the beloved children’s show, turns 40 this week. The longest-running show in children’s television history, whose fuzzy, lovable muppets are now seen in more than 140 countries, revolutionizing children’s television. “Sesame Street” became the first show for kids that had education as its guiding principle and used the power of TV to teach.

Today is the season 40 premiere, but Google.com celebrated early, including Big Bird’s feet in the “Google Doodle,” the icon on the site’s homepage. Bert and Ernie, Cookie Monster and Count Dracula also graced the site.

And the show is pulling out all the stops, planning a season filled with celebrity appearances, by Cameron Diaz, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kobe Bryant and others. First lady Michelle Obama will plant a garden with Big Bird and Elmo, pushing a new focus on nature, the environment and “green” issues.

Cover Alert! Elle (US) December 2009

There is a new cover alert for our Sarah, and she looks gorgeous as always. She will be featured on the cover of Elle’s December issue, probably promoting Did You Hear About the Morgans? The magazine will hit newsstands soon, and I will hopefully be able to get scans for the site. For now, enjoy these images. Hopefully more will come soon! 🙂

On rumors of friction with Sex and the City co-star Kim Cattrall: “I don’t think anybody wants to believe that I love Kim. I adore her. I wouldn’t have done the movie without her. Didn’t and wouldn’t.”

On her decision to use a surrogate to carry her twins: “I knew there would be lots of opinions about, ‘Well, why didn’t you adopt? Why didn’t you do this? Why didn’t you do that?’ and the truth of the matter is, it wasn’t one or the other for us. We had explored, and continue to explore all options, and this one just happened first. This isn’t the period at the end of the sentence.”

On being a hands-on mom: “I love the smell of diapers; I even like when they’re wet and you smell them all warm liked a baked good. I love the smell of Balmex. Love it.”

To view the video and find out more goodies, make sure you visit Elle.com!

And last but not least, here are the images!
